Start your adventure at 8:30 AM with a Tuk Tuk ride from our office to Ban ViengKham. Begin an easy morning trek through rice paddies (seasonal) and peaceful villages. Stop at Ban Naluang for a simple Lao lunch before preparing for the tough 4-5 hour trek in the afternoon through steep jungle trails, bamboo forests, and mountain ridges. In the evening, join a cooking class and make a bamboo bottle bracket with the locals, enjoy a traditional Lao dinner, and spend the night at a homestay with authentic village life.

After breakfast, take a boat to Sopkong village to see a waterfall and visit an organic farm for lunch in a natural setting. Then head up to Muang Ngoy village, hiking up to viewpoint and historical cave. Continue taking the boat to Sopjeam villge, known for its traditional weaving and dramatic limestone mountain backdrop. We will spend a night at homestay there.

After breakfast, set off on a 4-5 hour jungle trek, exploring lush trails and local nature. Later, board the boat and float downstream along the Nam Ou River. End the day in style as you kayak into Nong Khiaw, arriving just in time to admire the breathtaking sunset over the river and mountains.
